The Penn State Women beat Navy 31-10 in a physical battle at West Chester University, guaranteeing them a spot at Nationals this year. They will play UVa at Noon on Sunday for the MARFU Championship and for the #1 seed at Nationals.
Penn State lead the whole way, but it took until the second half for the team to put Navy away. Sadie Anderson accounted for 11 points with a try and a 3 conversions and tries by Lauren Barber, Lauren Poole, Lisa Henneman and a penalty try accounted for the rest of the scoring.
