Greetings friends of PSU Rugby, I hope this finds you well.
Things are progressing nicely for our upcoming May 29th golfing event. We have secured some sponsors, and some great prizes and items to raffle and auction off.
- PSU Rugby Golf Bag
- Signed photos of rugby legends Gareth Edwards, Gareth Davies, Sean Fitzpatrick, and David Campese.
- Mini rugby balls with all four autographs.
- Gift certificates and the like.
Please know that there are still hole sponsorships available (and needed!), and we can always use more prizes, so please contact Don Ferrell about either opportunity.
However, where we are running into a snag is with golfer registration. We have heard from many folks stating your intentions to play, but we really need to get folks registered so that we know how many golfers we need to prepare for. Tournament setup, carts, catering, all require us to get at least a handle on our numbers. As such I am humbly asking those who will be playing to do the following:
- Send an email to Don Ferrell confirming your intentions to play.
- Fill out the registration forms and mail them in along with your payment. You can also pay online using paypal (for a small processing fee to PSU Rugby). Send your paypal payment to kathy@psurugby.org and it will go to our Alumni Club. Please put PSU Rugby Golf Tournament Registration in the notes
- If you pay online, I still need your registration form. You can mail it, or simply fax it to my attention at 814-863-7906.
