The inaugural Collegiate 7’s Championship Invitational Tournament will be held June 4th – 6th in Columbus, Ohio at the Columbus Crew stadium. The event, hosted by USA Sevens, and NBC, will put 16 of the country’s top collegiate mens rugby programs against one another to determine the Collegiate 7’s National Champion live on NBC. It’s been made even more interesting as Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has donated $20,000 in prize money to the winner!

This is an unprecedented event, showcasing rugby for the first time on live national television in the united states. The event is drawing the attention of not only rugby fans, but also new people interested to see and experience this sport which they have only heard about or experienced peripherally, including school administrators, Athletic Directors and sponsors among others. This is a phenomenal opportunity for both the Penn State rugby program, and the sport of rugby in general, and we humbly ask for your support. Not financially, but as fans of Penn State Rugby, and Penn State University!

Come on out to support the PSU Mens 7’s team as we attempt to bring home the title, hardware, and much needed prize money from this incredible event. Various packages are available, and I can guarantee you will have an incredible time!

As if that’s not enough, there is also a very good chance that you will see a PSU Womens 7’s team, and a Happy Valley Barbarians 7’s team in the Ohio Classic, which is being run on the same weekend, at the same grounds!
